Believe it or not... This is one of Meaghan's creations!
- 1 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (A lil extra, never hurt anyone)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (You can use Agave or Stevia if you prefer)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, whisking frequently. Once ingredients have had a chance blend together and simmer for 3-5 minutes, remove from heat. Use immediately or transfer to a container and refrigerate!
You may choose to not add the creamer at all and create a pumpkin spice puree that is a perfect edition to your coffee or to be mixed with Almond or Coconut Milk.
SPECIAL NOTE: After chilling, the pumpkin and spices will settle slightly at the bottom of the creamer. Just give it a shake or stir right before using.
