Chicken Tortellini Soup


  • 2 lg cans chicken broth

  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup

  • 1lb of cooked cubed chicken

  • 8oz of cheese filled fresh tortellini cooked al dente

  • 16 oz frozen broccoli pieces

  • salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley to taste



Mix all ingredients in a large pan and simmer for 20 minutes or until the soup is hot. After soup is hot, serve into bowls and add freshly shredded parmesan cheese on top! Yes, it's that simple.
