- 1 bag bow tie pasta
- 1 12oz bottle champagne vinegarette
- 1 8oz pkg. feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 8oz. Jar sun dried tomatoes
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 handful pinenuts (lightly toasted)
Cook pasta let cool. Put in large bowl.
In food processor blend the sun dried tomatoes and the cilantro. Add to bowl all ingredients (except pinenuts).
Pour entire bottle of dressing into bowl and mix ingredients thoroughly. Chill salad and before serving add pinenuts.
(You can omit the pine nuts if there are nut allergies)
